A familiar name on the hightstreet, Chapmans was established in Cradley Heath, West Midlands, way back in 1925 by Mr. Ewart Chapman. It was a time when electricity was starting to become widely used within industry and was slowly being adopted as a replacement for gas lighting domestically.
