What is NCompass Mobile?
NCompass Mobile extends the power of NCompass Advanced Retail Professional and Enterprise editions in the hands of your delivery drivers and field service engineers. Running as a dedicated application on your mobile device, the system downloads all necessary information initially, and then sends updates back to your store when an internet connection is available This powerful ability enables the mobile application to be used even in areas with poor or no signal, and updates are sent back to the store when the application is next able to connect. You can use our app on Android, iOS, or specalist ruggedised devices.
Standard Edition
As a dedicated app on your mobile device, the system first downloads all the essential information and then transmits updates to your store whenever an internet connection is available. This impressive feature allows the mobile application to function effectively even in locations with weak or no signal, with updates being sent back to the store the next time the app connects.

Professional Edition
If the primary NCompass system has the Service module, NCompass Mobile will retrieve information about any Service Calls assigned to the engineer. Along with customer information, the engineer can access details about the product, the issue, and the complete history of the scheduled Service Job. It also includes information on any charges incurred so far, along with a note on whether they have been invoiced. Additionally, the engineer has the ability to add more history to the Service Job.

Useful Mobile Apps
For Field Calls
Every mobile device is linked to a particular Engineer or Van, but updates can be made effortlessly as needed. All planned Field Calls for the chosen engineer are transferred to the device, including those for upcoming days if necessary. Each call contains scheduling details, customer name, address, phone number, and any specific instructions related to the Field Call.
An engineer is capable of managing Delivery Calls, Service Calls, Agreement collection rounds, or any mix of these tasks. Additionally, engineers have the option to utilise iPads or Windows Notebooks for more comprehensive data entry while in the field
For GPS Tracking
With GPS tracking, you can quickly view the most recent location of each engineer on a map, eliminating the necessity for additional tracking systems. This feature enhances customer service by providing real-time updates on estimated arrival times and streamlining field operations. The Advanced Routing option further enhances functionality by identifying the engineer nearest to a new service request and offering route planning suggestions to help you optimize your vehicle routes.
