What are the Options?

There are various support options tailored to meet your needs. Each system comes with on-site training, enabling you to familiarise yourself with the system in a comfortable setting. We also offer additional off-site training, which can either enhance your on-site experience or help onboard new team members.

Your new system includes a telephone support package, where our approachable and knowledgeable staff are ready to assist you in navigating the system and maximizing its potential.

Telephone support is accessible during business hours from Monday to Friday, with the possibility to extend this service to weekends or even provide 24/7 support throughout the year.

What can be Done?

If you find yourself in a bind, our remote control software lets you request a connection so we can see or take control of your screen while guiding you through a task or troubleshooting an issue.

Most of our support packages come with software updates, which utilise our WebUpdate system to automatically download and install updates for your system. This approach enables us to introduce new features gradually, minimizing the disruption of training staff on significant system changes.

Training

To help you learn the system, we have included a comprehensive training package. You will get a dedicated member of our implementation team to work with you throughout the process of getting set up with the system.

This will involve both hardware installation and some training on your site, and Microsoft Teams based training sessions.

Ongoing Training

Every system includes on-site training, allowing you to learn the system in the comfort of your environment. Additional off-site training is also available, eith er to top-up your on-site training, or to introduce your new staff to the system.

Software updates are included with most support packages, which are automatically set to fetch and install updates to your system. This allows new features to be added incrementally, avoiding the upheaval of training staff on major changes to the system.
